I recently had major repair work done by your service department and would like to take this opportunity to commend to you the excellent service I received.
My Landcruiser 100 series was with you for over 2 weeks whilst the motor was replaced and throughout this period I was kept well informed of progress by the Service Manager, Matthew. He rang me regularly with updates. He was courteous and genuinely interested in the project.
I was impressed by the professionalism and high standard of Matthew, other service staff and Steve, the mechanic, who undertook the actual work.
The vehicle has been returned to me in excellent condition and the work performed is of an extremely high standard.
